Training THE Mind behind the game.
This isn’t a basic skills clinic — this is where you level up. At Fox Performance Academy, we train girls to be tough, confident, and unshakable. We build athletes who don’t just play the game — they change it. If you’re ready to work, we’ll give you everything you need to go from good to elite — on the court and in life.
what we stand for
At Fox Performance Academy, our values aren’t just words — they’re how we train, how we lead, and how we help young women show up in the world. Every rep, every session, every message we deliver is built on these non-negotiables.
1. The Details Matter
From footwork to mindset, excellence starts in the little things. We train with purpose, precision, and pride.
2. Athlete First. Always.
Before wins or rankings comes the person. We lead with empathy and build belief in every athlete we coach.
3. Mental Toughness Is a Trainable Skill
Resilience isn’t luck — it’s built. We coach grit, accountability, and confidence on purpose.
4. Basketball Is the Classroom
The court teaches life. Our athletes learn leadership, discipline, communication, and character through the game.
5. Growth Over Perfection
We celebrate progress and effort. Athletes are pushed to stretch themselves, fail forward, and grow every session.
6. Empowerment Through Preparation
Confidence comes from being ready. We equip athletes with skills, systems, and tools to succeed in the gym and beyond.
7. Safe Spaces for Serious Dreams
Fox Performance Academy is where girls can be bold, competitive, and unapologetically ambitious — and know they’re supported every step of the way.
