Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to access our Site.

  • If you are under 18, you may only participate in Services with the consent of a parent or guardian.

  • By enrolling, you confirm that you (or your child) are physically fit to participate in athletic activities.

2. Services

  • We provide basketball training, strength & conditioning programs, and related resources in-person and online.

  • We may update, modify, or discontinue Services at any time without notice.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Fees for subscriptions and programs must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No prorated refunds or credits will be issued for partial months of service, unused sessions, or early cancellations.

  • All sales are final. Refunds may only be considered in extraordinary circumstances at Fox Basketball’s sole discretion.

  • Missed sessions are not refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

4. Health & Safety

  • Participation in athletic training carries risks, including injury.

  • You voluntarily assume all risks.

  • You release Fox Basketball, its staff, and affiliates from liability for injuries or damages arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Athletes and parents are expected to act respectfully.

  • We may suspend or terminate participation if conduct is unsafe or disruptive.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our Site and training materials is owned by Fox Basketball or licensed to us.

  • You may not copy or reproduce our materials without written permission.

7. Website Use

  • You agree not to use our Site for unlawful purposes or disrupt operations.

  • We may restrict or block access at our discretion.

8. Privacy

  • Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy (see below).

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Fox Basketball is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for Services in the three months preceding the claim.

  • Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Colorado.
